Grilled Lemon Yogurt Chicken
A simple and delicious grilled chicken recipe marinated in lemon and yogurt.

Marinade
- 1 cup Yogurt plain
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon zested and juiced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest and juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
