  • 4 pieces Lobster tails
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika.
  3. Brush the lobster tails with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Flip the lobster tails and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the grill and brush with more garlic butter before serving.
