Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Lobster tails fresh or thawed
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise down the center. Pull apart shells slightly and brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Remove from grill and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
