Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
4. Combine macaroni and cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Transfer to a baking dish and grill for 5-10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
