  • 2 cups Elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. 4. Combine macaroni and cheese sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
