Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tuna steaks about 6 oz each
  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts finely chopped
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a food processor, pulse the macadamia nuts until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and mix with panko breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the tuna steaks with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Press the tuna steaks into the macadamia mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Grill the tuna steaks for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  6. Serve immediately.
