Grilled Mahi Mahi with Roasted Pepper Sauce

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Mahi Mahi
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Roasted Pepper Sauce
- 2 cups Roasted red peppers
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the Mahi Mahi fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Grill the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
Serve the grilled Mahi Mahi with the roasted pepper sauce drizzled on top.
