  • 4 fillets Mahi Mahi
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Roasted Pepper Sauce

  • 2 cups Roasted red peppers
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the Mahi Mahi fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Grill the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. In a blender, combine roasted red peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  5. Serve the grilled Mahi Mahi with the roasted pepper sauce drizzled on top.
