  • ½ cup Tequila
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tequila, lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
