Ingredients 

Marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 4 fillets salmon skinless

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, brown sugar, and dried thyme.
  2. Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the salmon for about 5 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
