Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
