Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil mixture.
Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the grill and drizzle with fresh lemon juice before serving.
