  • 2 lbs Flank steak
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 unit Lime, juiced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Rub the mixture on both sides of the flank steak.
  4. 4. Grill the steak for about 5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
  5. 5. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. 6. Squeeze lime juice over the steak before serving.
