Ingredients 

Chicken and Marinade

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Salad

  • 6 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Avocado diced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
  5. 5. In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado.
  6. 6. Top the salad with the grilled chicken slices. Serve immediately.
