Grilled Mongolian Pork Chops

Main Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops bone-in
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
