Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops bone-in
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
