Grilled Mushroom Swiss Burgers
Juicy grilled burgers topped with savory mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 pieces Burger buns
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Form the ground beef into 4 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
While the burgers are grilling, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Top each burger with a slice of Swiss cheese during the last minute of cooking.
Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns and topping with cooked mushrooms.
