- 12 pieces large mushrooms
- ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, basil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Stuff each mushroom with the cheese mixture.
Brush the mushrooms with olive oil.
Grill the mushrooms for about 10 minutes, until tender and the cheese is melted.
