Instructions

  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, basil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom with the cheese mixture.
  5. Brush the mushrooms with olive oil.
