- 2 pounds mussels cleaned and debearded
- ½ cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, curry powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Place the mussels on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they open up.
Brush the mussels with the curry butter mixture and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from grill and serve immediately.
