Grilled Nectarines with Goat Cheese
Simple and delicious grilled nectarines topped with creamy goat cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 4 nectarines, halved and pitted
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the cut sides of the nectarines with olive oil.
3. Place the nectarines cut side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until they have grill marks and are slightly softened.
4. Remove the nectarines from the grill and place them on a serving platter.
5. Fill the center of each nectarine with goat cheese.
6. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
7. Serve warm and enjoy!
