Grilled Octopus Recipe

- 2 lbs Octopus cleaned
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the octopus and cook for 40 minutes or until tender.
2. Remove the octopus from the water and let it cool slightly. Cut into serving pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss the octopus pieces in the marinade.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the octopus for 3-4 minutes per side, until charred and crispy.
5. Serve hot with extra lemon wedges on the side.
