Main Ingredients
- 4 large onions peeled
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Cut the top off each onion and peel the outer layer. Make several cuts into the onion from the top down, but not all the way through, to create 'petals'.
3. Drizzle each onion with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
4. Wrap each onion in aluminum foil and place on the grill.
5. Grill for about 20 minutes, or until the onions are tender and slightly charred.
6. Carefully remove from the grill, unwrap, and serve immediately.
