Main Ingredients
- 4 large onions peeled and sliced into thick rings
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the onion slices with olive oil on both sides.
Season the onions with salt and pepper.
Place the onion slices on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are tender and have nice grill marks.
Remove from the grill and serve hot.
