- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- ½ cup Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced

- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, ground black pepper, and salt.
2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.

4. Thread marinated chicken thighs onto skewers.
