- 1 lb Oyster mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, toss the oyster mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
