Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Oysters fresh, in shell
  • 1 stick Butter softened
  • 1 bulb Fennel finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, chopped fennel, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shuck the oysters, leaving them on the half shell. Place a small dollop of fennel butter on each oyster.
  4. Place the oysters on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the butter is melted and the oysters are just cooked through.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
