  • 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough or ciabatta
  • 4 slices Cheese Mozzarella or cheddar
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 1 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. 3. Assemble the sandwich with cheese and ham between two slices of bread, buttered sides out.
  4. 4. Place the sandwich in the panini press and grill for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
