Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread preferably ciabatta or sourdough
  • 4 slices Cheese mozzarella or provolone
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Pesto

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the panini press.
  2. 2. Spread pesto on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Layer cheese, tomato, and spinach on two slices of bread. Top with the remaining bread slices, pesto side down.
  4. 4. Grill the sandwiches in the panini press for about 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
