Simple and delicious grilled zucchini with a Parmesan twist.

Main Ingredients
- 4 medium zucchini sliced lengthwise
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Brush zucchini slices with the olive oil mixture.
Place zucchini on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until tender and grill marks appear.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices during the last minute of grilling.
Remove from grill and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
