  • 2 slices Bread preferably sourdough
  • 1 Peach ripe, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoon Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and place them on the grill pan, cut side down. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until they have nice grill marks.
  3. 3. While the peaches are grilling, toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  4. 4. Spread ricotta cheese on each slice of toasted bread.
  5. 5. Slice the grilled peaches and place them on top of the ricotta-covered toast.
  6. 6. Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  7. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
