Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread whole grain or white
  • 4 tablespoon Peanut Butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1 medium Apple thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Spread peanut butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2. Place apple slices on top of the peanut butter on two of the slices.
  3. 3. Top with the remaining slices of bread, peanut butter side down, to make two sandwiches.
  4. 4. Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.
  5. 5. Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the peanut butter is melted.
  6. 6. Serve warm and enjoy!
