Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
- 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger freshly grated
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, honey, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
3. Brush the chicken breasts with the peanut sauce mixture, reserving some for basting.
4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with the reserved sauce, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
