  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the pineapple slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  5. Top the flatbread with shredded mozzarella cheese, grilled pineapple slices, and prosciutto.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
