Grilled Pineapple and Prosciutto Flatbread

- 1 Flatbread
- 1 cup Pineapple, sliced grilled
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the pineapple slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Top the flatbread with shredded mozzarella cheese, grilled pineapple slices, and prosciutto.
Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
