Grilled Pineapple Chicken Sandwiches

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Pineapple fresh or canned
- 4 pieces Burger Buns
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, coat the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Grill the pineapple slices for 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a chicken breast, a pineapple slice, shredded lettuce, and a dollop of mayonnaise on each burger bun.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
