Ingredients

  • 1 slice Pineapple Grilled
  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Orange Curaçao
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Grill the pineapple slice until caramelized.
  2. In a shaker, combine white rum, dark rum, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, and lime juice with ice. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice and garnish with the grilled pineapple slice.
