Grilled Pineapple Mai Tai
A tropical twist on the classic Mai Tai with grilled pineapple.

- 1 slice Pineapple Grilled
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Orange Curaçao
- 0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
Grill the pineapple slice until caramelized.
In a shaker, combine white rum, dark rum, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, and lime juice with ice. Shake well.
Strain into a glass filled with ice and garnish with the grilled pineapple slice.
