Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 Pineapple peeled, cored, and cut into rings
  • 2 Mangoes peeled and diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • ½ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Grill the pineapple rings for about 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
  3. 3. Remove the pineapple from the grill and let it cool. Once cooled, dice the pineapple.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime juice.
  5. 5. Season with salt to taste and mix well.
  6. 6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
