Grilled Pork Chops with Balsamic Caramelized Pears

Main Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 pears, sliced
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon thyme
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook pork chops for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Remove pork chops and set aside.
In the same pan, add pears and cook until caramelized.
Add balsamic vinegar, honey, and thyme.
Return pork chops to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
