  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the pork chops with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Season the chops with rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grill the pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
