Grilled Pork Chops with Fresh Nectarine Salsa

Pork Chops
- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Nectarine Salsa
- 2 nectarines diced
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush pork chops with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
While the pork chops are grilling, prepare the nectarine salsa. In a mixing bowl, combine diced nectarines, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
Serve grilled pork chops with a generous spoonful of fresh nectarine salsa on top.
