  • 4 slices Pork loin thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Lay out the pork loin slices and place a slice of prosciutto on each.
  3. 3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the prosciutto.
  4. 4. Roll up each pork slice and secure with a skewer.
  5. 5. Brush the rollatini with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Grill the rollatini for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the pork is cooked through.
  7. 7. Warm the marinara sauce in a small pan.
  8. 8. Serve the grilled pork rollatini with marinara sauce on the side.
