Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork shoulder sliced thin
  • 8 Tortillas corn or flour
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Rub this mixture onto the pork slices.
  3. 3. Grill the pork slices for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled pork slices on each tortilla, then topping with salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
