Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Blackberry Sauce

Pork Tenderloin
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Blackberry Sauce
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Grill pork for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
In a saucepan, combine blackberries, honey, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until blackberries break down and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
Let pork rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with blackberry sauce.
