Ingredients 

Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Blackberry Sauce

  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Grill pork for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  4. In a saucepan, combine blackberries, honey, balsamic vinegar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until blackberries break down and sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
  5. Let pork rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with blackberry sauce.
