Main Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 2 apples sliced
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Season the pork tenderloin with salt and black pepper.
Grill the pork tenderloin for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
While the pork is grilling, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon to the skillet. Cook until the apples are tender and caramelized, about 10 minutes.
Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serve the sliced pork tenderloin with the fried apples on the side.
