  • 4 Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushrooms.
  4. 4. Place the mushrooms on the grill, gill side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Flip the mushrooms and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until tender.
  6. 6. Remove from grill and serve hot.
