  • 4 portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush the portobello mushrooms with olive oil on both sides.
  3. 3. Grill the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until tender.
  4. 4. In a skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. 6. Pour in the red wine and bring to a simmer.
  7. 7. Add the grilled mushrooms to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes, basting with the wine sauce.
  8. 8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Serve hot and enjoy!
