Grilled Potatoes in Foil Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes sliced into wedges
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Divide the potatoes among four large pieces of aluminum foil. Fold the foil over the potatoes and seal the edges to create a packet.
Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Carefully open the foil packets and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
