Grilled Prosciutto and Peach Flatbread Pizza

- 2 pieces Flatbreads
- 4 slices Prosciutto
- 2 pieces Peaches sliced
- 1 cup Arugula
- ½ cup Goat Cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the flatbreads with olive oil on both sides.
Grill the flatbreads for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy.
