  • 2 heads Radicchio halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the radicchio halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the radicchio on the grill, cut side down. Grill for about 5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
