  • 2 heads radicchio halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush radicchio halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill radicchio for about 3-4 minutes per side until slightly charred.
  4. Remove from grill and sprinkle with blue cheese.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
