Grilled Radicchio with Blue Cheese Recipe

- 2 heads radicchio halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush radicchio halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill radicchio for about 3-4 minutes per side until slightly charred.
Remove from grill and sprinkle with blue cheese.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
