  • 1 lb Radishes trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs such as parsley or dill, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss radishes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place radishes on a large piece of aluminum foil. Fold edges to seal.
  4. Grill for 20 minutes, shaking the foil packet occasionally.
  5. Remove from grill, carefully open foil, and sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
