- 1 lb Radishes trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, toss the radishes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the radishes on the grill. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.
Remove from the grill and serve warm.
