- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- ½ cup Raspberry Jam
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine raspberry jam, olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
3. Brush the chicken breasts with the raspberry mixture.
