  • 4 fillets Red Snapper about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush both sides of the red snapper fillets with olive oil.
  3. 3. Season the fillets with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. 4. Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. 5. Remove the fillets from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
