  • 4 pieces Rock lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and cook for about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Flip the lobster tails and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
